Profile:
Dr Cheong May Anne is a Consultant in the Department of Haematology, Singapore General Hospital. She received
the NUS Undergraduate (Merit) Scholarship to read Medicine at the National University of Singapore and graduated
in 2012. She completed her Internal Medicine training at Singhealth in 2017, where she served as Chief Resident.
She completed specialist training in Haematology at Singhealth in 2020 and obtained her FRCPath (Haematology) in
2019. Her subspeciality interest is in thrombosis and haemostasis and leads the Cancer associated thrombosis and
the haematology lead for the Pulmonary Embolism Response Team. May Anne and was a Singapore Biodesign
Innovation Fellow in 2022/2023 and is currently the Co-Director of the Alice Lee Innovation Centre of Excellence at
SGH campus.
