Dr. Batool Abuhalimeh, MD, RPVI, FACC, FSVM, is a Vascular Medicine Consultant at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. She holds board certifications in internal medicine and vascular medicine and is a registered physician specializing in vascular interpretation. Dr. Abuhalimeh completed her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in vascular medicine at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Her areas of expertise include pulmonary embolism, polyvascular atherosclerotic disease, peripheral artery disease, vascular ultrasound, vein health and health disparities. She established the first Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT) program in the Middle East and currently serves as its director at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Dr. Abuhalimeh has coauthored numerous papers and abstracts in top peer-reviewed journals and has presented her research at both national and international medical conferences. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the Society for Vascular Medicine and the American College of Cardiology
