Dr. Zachary Steinberg is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington Medical Center with board certifications in adult Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology (IC) and Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD). He currently serves at the Director for Adult Congenital Cardiovascular Interventions and the Interim Section Head for Interventional Cardiology. His clinical interests include the medical management of complex cardiac physiology, congenital and structural heart interventions, complex coronary artery interventions, and balloon pulmonary angioplasty for the treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). His research interests include clinical applications of emerging technology in structural/congenital heart disease, clinical outcomes in patients with congenital heart disease undergoing transcatheter interventions, and novel imaging and interventional treatment methods for patients with CTEPH.
