Dr. Ann Gage is a native of Dayton, Ohio. Following an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Molecular Genetics at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Gage received a Masters of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She received her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati after which she completed her Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville,Tennessee. Dr. Gage then completed her Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship and a Cardiac Critical Care fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. She completed an Interventional Cardiology fellowship at the University Hospitals Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio, before joining the Cleveland Clinic faculty in 2018. She served as a staff cardiologist in the Section of Interventional Cardiology within the Robert and Suzanne Tomsich Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic where her time was spent as both an Interventional Cardiologist and a Critical Care Cardiologist. In 2020, Dr. Gage joined the staff of Centennial Medical Center where she is the Vice-Chair of Cardiology, Medical Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and an Interventional Cardiologist.
Dr. Gage is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology and Critical Care Medicine. She is also board certified in Echocardiography. Dr. Gage is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Heart Association. Dr. Gage maintains both an Interventional Cardiology and a Cardiac Critical Care practice. She specializes in coronary artery disease, percutaneous coronary intervention, managment of pulmonary emboli, cardiogenic shock, appropriate revascularization strategies for cardiogenic shock, cardiac critical care and mechanical circulatory support.
